Terms of Business - Note Carefully

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a hunt booking with the 50% balance payable prior to your arrival and commencement of the safari. Specie fees are paid at the end of the safari and include any wounded and lost animals as determined by your Professional Hunter..
  
  
• Generally, a safari is a minimum 7-day and maximum 13-day unless it is a special package hunt. Should you require any other special hunting schedule, we would discuss the options in advance.
  
  
• In the event of a safari being cancelled, the deposit is not refundable unless the booking termination is made three months or more prior to the stated departure date from home, then the deposit less a 10% handling fee will be refunded. Always ensure you get trip cancellation insurance as unforeseen circumstances including missing airline flights can occur.
  
  
• Hunting and safari travel can be dangerous; although we take all the necessary precautions, we do not ACCEPT liability for any unforeseen circumstances should they occur.
